As the president of AOSCM from 2018 to 2019, Manny focused on bridging the gap between academia and real-world experience for students interested in Supply Chain. He successfully organized monthly e-board meetings and networking events, connecting members with employers in the industry.
After graduating from CSUF, Manny played a key role at Amway, leading continuous improvement projects in the warehouse and service center. He introduced automation and innovative training programs to enhance operational efficiency. Manny also optimized disposal processes and developed standardized operating procedures for cost savings and inventory management.
Manny's achievements highlight his ability to drive profitability while maintaining cost efficiency. He has implemented automated systems and identified novel techniques for efficient goods identification, storage, and movement, showcasing his expertise in warehouse management.
